Just visiting West Edmonton Mall with my son (summer vacation). Through my walk of WEM I came across this store. Never heard of them, but let me tell you, I’ve been telling everyone about this place now. It’s huge, lots and lots of clothing selection for the whole family (of all ages). And then let’s discuss the customer service - absolutely incredible Way to go Simmons - love everything about you.

Very nice clothing, price is right for the quality. This is onevof the latest Canadian Owned Stores, their Headquarters is located in Montreal Quebec. They have a very strong economic model. They survived the pandemic without any problems. They offer clothing for all economic levels, including the upper, medium and lower economic classes. Kudos Simons, keep the good work. Some are unique clothing items range price $250-$1000+

During black Friday weekend, I went to the mall on the Saturday, and stopped at Simons. I purchased a pair of pants and skirt, but after taking them home, didn't love the fits. I really didn't want to make the drive to West Edmonton Mall to return them, given the time of year, construction around the mall & distance. I had purchased a few things online and threw these two additional items in those returns, hoping they would make the return for me. Two weeks later, a representative called me to let me know they received the items, and they'd be more than happy to help process over the phone, on the original form of payment, my creditcard. I can't express how thankful I am. That level of customer service is truly unheard of. They could have easily not recognized the clothing, as some companies do not allow you to return instore purchased items this way, and not given me a return. Thank you so much Simons!! Your customer service & staff are amazing.

Don’t order from them. I ordered on line and paid through PayPal. The order didn’t arrive. I put in a dispute on PayPal. They contacted me right away and said please remove the dispute we made an error and if you remove the dispute we will get the order to you right away. I removed the dispute and then they shorted my item and refunded my cash on some sort of shady way so they did t have a dispute with PayPal. Shady business practices

Good: Canadian retailer with an incredible range of products. Bad: miscommunication between customer service and the team on the floor. I had called ahead to ask about getting some pants hemmed. They stated they could do it within the hour. I drove there with the pants, asked the suit department about hemming, and they claimed they were too busy to help me. I've shopped at Simon's for years, but their customer service doesn't seem to be communicating as a team.
